Sometimes, there are issues with production, and it can go beyond our control. The dress was sold to 75 customers, and you were the only one with a complaint (cheap). We asked for the dress to be returned and wanted to issue you a refund, but you said you wanted a store credit. You got the credit and bought something else that couldn’t fit but lied and said the clothing was damaged. Your proof of picture didn’t show any damage, but instead, it shows that the dress couldn’t fit. You people do this to small businesses all the time but will never do it to bigger brands. Our items are of great quality and that is why we’re here three years and still going.
